Well, a little English football history research will lead to the story of Oxford United and how they aquired their debts. They were close to going under in the late 1990's. Another club who have had serious problems is Brighton who are still groundless (though financually stable thanks to a rise through the leagues)and many Coca-Cola league and championship clubs run at a loss thanks to the loss of ITV digital money and a sudden change to their seasonal budgets and less money avaliable to service the interest on loans.
