the main point is that agents don't work in the lower leagues. players and staff members on free offering themselves and this is something not covered in the current game.

in the Swiss and German lower leagues a lot of young foreign players do offer themselves for trials. some of them do touring through Europe in the hope to find a job. Most of them don't have agents, they just asking managers of small clubs if they could have a trial for a week or two.

there are also asylum seekers who playing in the lower leagues, sometimes just for some weeks until their case is processed and they know they can stay or not.

to handle such offers from players you don't know anything could add something to the LLM expierence.

In Brazil, many players do trials on smaller (and even big) clubs. That happens not only with young ones, but also with old (25+) players.

A good idea actually, i'd like to see that in the future versions (along with an on-the-fly penalty assignment screen whenever your team wins a penalty ).

I would also like to see the ability to put an ad on the job centre for a trialist (is it trialist or trial out?) friendly.

You surely know about it. It's that friendly that gets organised when players don't secure a professional contract and get their scholarship revoked.
