Suspiciously Good Youngsters Muck Up Gritty Turkish Action
My Corluspor team were having a wonderful time avoiding relegation from Turkish Second Division Category B, in the face of massive debt and useless players, when my youth system produced a couple of devastating target men, a prodigious right winger, a towering centre half and a superbly combative defensive midfielder. With my 16 year-old proteges installed in the first team, I won promotion and am now a mid-table certainty for the league above.
It's happened before - I always get a couple of suspiciously good youth players and it's very hard not to use them. Bah.

No it's not - it gives me the choice of a) accepting the bug/unrealistic feature and having the game made a lot easier or b) forcing myself to ignore my youth system. It's not realistic in the slightest - I had four target men under the age of 17 with 19 or 20 for jumping come through in 2 seasons. They're all brilliant players at that level - they're so strong and bouncy that they win every header going, and often muscle their way onto the end of low crosses too.
It also gives me the knowledge that I can play long ball with supreme effectiveness whenever I want, where I was quite enjoying having to find a way to outmanouevre the opposition on the ground with naff players. Save game ruined really.
