The formation stays the same (as fit players decree) but instructions change.

I don't care about weather. 11 Players play the same tactic every game. I don't care if it rains or snows, if it's foggy or cloudy, it's freezing or there's a heatwave. Same tactic all the time.

I care about the weather, but the starting 11/formation remain the same regardless of the weather conditions. The only thing I change is, like other have said, the team instructions.
