`dis` is a street slang for `this`, I think.

I think I know why your struggling for a victory: your players don't understand your team talks.

For example:

"U cn win 2nite."

They're probably all lost and confused on the pitch, then you add to their misery at half-time when you..

"Shw da team ur dsappntmnt."

I recommend a more traditional approach
