Alright guys, as many of you well know, I had a strategy for FM 07 of just going on holiday with my teams and letting the assman control everything. For FM08, I want to play everything out and make my own decisions. So I started a career with Liverpool, thinking they were one of the better teams in the EPL. Well, I just can't seem to score a goal no matter what tactics I use. I wont' lie, when it comes to managing football, I suck. Not only that, but I was knocked out in the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League! So I really need somebody to help me out, maybe help me find a team that will be easier to use, or maybe some tactics or something! I like this game, but it's going to get real old real quick if I'm losing every time.
Go into the Good Players and Teams forum and at the top of the forum there is a thread with links to all the major club threads- have a look in the Liverpool thread and see what tactics others are using with the same team.

In real life Loserfool arent doing so well in the champions league so you not doing well either is pretty realistic I should think.
Actually the same goes for the league so I guess youre allright, dont be so hard on yrself.
