Default Suggestion for FM going forwards - would definitely be useful

One feature that I think would be really useful for FM would be to have a way in which you can see which players/staff have yourself (the game player) as a member of their favoured personnel. This is particularly useful if you are a big club and moved to a smaller club and you could then potentially see which players could join you at the smaller club.

Any thoughts on this?

I suppose it could be included in the filter option when searching for players/staff. Could be useful but you mostly find players or staff who have you in their favored personnel play are at your club/previous clubs or national team if you managed one, so you would already know about it. I don't think it happens often with random players, maybe ones who's favorite club you've been successful with.

I could see some utility in that; I think I'd be more inclined to use "Have my club as their favourite club", as that could be very useful for finding freds who might have some natural loyalty to my club even if they appeared at somebody else's youth system (or unattached).

I think you already can. In the filter on the player search screen, you can (atleast you could on an earlier version) have favourite clubs/personell as a search criteria. Free text based though.
