Whats up with this??

Just started a new game and this is happening

I have reloaded skin and everything to pickup the new logos so I don't think it's that :S

Try increasing your screen refresh rate.

When you wrote that I was hoping that was it (have just installed windows again, game messed up that's why i couldn't continue my old game). Refresh rate was on 60, have put it up to 70 and then 75 and restarted and it is still doing it

Have looked on the "having problems" topic but there is nothing on there either and the computer is still doing it today after a restart. Doesn't seem to affect the game but it's annoying I can't read other scores and things coming through, especially on cup days when I am not playing (or even after my game has finished) because it takes a while to process them all
