Does anyone have any tips on how to get maximum knowledge of the world from your scouts?

sign scouts that dont have same nationality as lg ya playing in, the more varied the better.. and send them on as many assignments as you can... as liverpool i can usually have 9 scouts, leave one doin next opposition, so leaves me 8 to scout all the regions... generally set their assignments, no more than 3 per scout, and let em get on with it. once they completed the assignments, send em back to start all over again, its the only way theyll learn!
