I wasnt really sure where to put this thread but i am three seasons in with derby and i have some top class youngsters stancu, lulinha barnes and vito mannone but although in other peoples games they are turning into world beaters mine only improve by the odd one now and then...I was just wondering if it is down to my training or derby or me? Any help appreciated

Get better coaches,improve your ratings on training(5*or more)This should help to develop your players quicker,also they need regular playing time not reserves,I Hope this helps.
