took lewes from th BSS to the championship by 2013 with a lot of luck from loans and luck in the playoffs. the whole time the board denies feeder and parent clubs and expanding the stadium (3000). when they give in and expand the stadium (for 9 months) we go to Bristol and a 8000 capacity where we break records of income and attendance.

when our stadium shows up 9 months later, its 3000 seats lighter than the temporary pitch we just left. i demand a bigger stadium and i get fired. does that make sense?

the Ultimatum feature is way too broad. shouldn't there be an in between where you can suggest STRONGLY that something should be done without losing your job?

Do ultimatums ever work? Every time ive tried it ive been sacked, even if ive been at the club for 10+ years and am really succesful

It worked once for me in FM07... Ever since, when i give the board an ultimatum , i get sacked!
