I'm at a massive club (Newcastle - ho ho) with a big wage budget in first season (circa 1M) and I constantly have to walk from staff whom I would like to hire, but I cannot offer enough money.

With scouts its the worst. Sometimes I'm a few hundred quid pw off and yet we cant stretch the budget to hire an amazing scount but I can pay Emre 60k a week? Gah!

Is there anyway (other than editing) I can change these limits? What is determining staff max salary offers (especially scounts)?

God knows what provides the limits.

I've got 5m p/w budget, able to offer players 130k pw, 3 1/2 million under that budget, hundreds of millions in the bank and yet am limited (and have been for the last 15 seasons) to 11500 pw for a staff member.

Stupid.

I should be able to offer anything under my wage budget. Or at least set my own limits.

Similar thing for me at the moment, but with Players.

At Bayern my wage budget is 1m a week. Currently at 540k a week.

Cant sign anyone decent though as the board will only allow 33.5k a week to anyone i try and sign, even with key player as squad status
