Im actually glad someone has admitted they have a problem with it cause it has shown me that I need to look and re-write it in a little more detail so its easier to understand

it helped. but still, the imae isn't the one i did. instead of red it always appear blue

Ok.. lets walk through this
you coloured the template...
you then cut that section of the template out and made a new image..
You then set the Opacity to 90% (and the image went a little lighter? )
then you save the image as .png file and overwrote the one that was there?

yes.but the image that i have isn't the original grey one because i had already saved a new one that didnt work
