ive only just bought fm08 and excuse my ignorance but after installing the game i normally customise it with face packs, kits, logos, skins etc but like normall mi went to the database file looking for both the skins and graphics files, theyre both there but not accesable. i thought this might be just my pc missing a program but when i asked a mate about it, he's having the same proble.... what am i doing wrong? ive managed to create a graphics file and add pictures, kits and logos but i cant seem to get the skins to load. can anyone answer my questions?
x2, im having trouble with skins/facepacks. Iv made a graphics and skins folder in "c>sports interactive>fm2008" but for some reason they wont work when i start up a new game. I have the Cache unticked and reload skin on. What am i doing wrong?
unless you've chnaged the default folder in preferences to "c>sports interactive>fm2008" then it won't work. You need to create a folder for skins etc in "My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008"
