Don't know if this is the right place, or if you even are going to answer questions about the editor.

The editor is to me one of the most important aspects of the game, if I coulden't edit the game to my liking I would for instance just stick with the previous version of the game.

But I was wondering are there anything new in the editor this time? Are there going to be news about it, if not feel free to answer here.

Most important questions regarding the editor to me:

1. Regens (nationality) - can we change how many percent of each nationality that gets regenerated sorted by either city or nation?

- Like for instance 3% of the regens from Oslo will be Norwegian/Somali and so forth.

2. Feeder clubs - allthough perhaps more of a game feature - can feeder clubs be permanent? No way to split the relationship?

3. As with OOTP - I fear this is never going in FM though, but a possibility to create actual leagues, divisions etc. Perhaps overhaul the whole league system of a nation would be amazing.

- I think you will never implement the Norwegian Third Division, however I personally would love to manage a team in that division, so a possibility to do so would make that game the best ever in my opinion - regardless of other bugs...

- Could be like a template thing, use existing league formats to create new divisions. Standard rules etc.

i've posted a question re the pre-game editor in general discussion but haven't had any replies either. Do we even know if there will be an official pre-game editor again this time around? I want to know also if we will be able to use facegen to create new players.

I am 99.99% confident that there will be an editor. There has to be. I wish SI would one day make things not hard coded and make it all editable. It would be really cool.

Some things has to be hardcoded I guess, but it wouldent be impossible to implement certain things though.

Since they allready have done it with OOTP - I believe there is the possibility one day to be able to edit/add divisions, leagues etc.

And when considering regens.

I would really like to micromanage what kind of regens that comes from each club, each city and so forth.

For instance, a couple of teams in the norwegian database is clubs consisting of immigrants.

I think the regens thing is asking to much. I am reasonably sure that it will always be hard coded. As for league rules and prize moneys I would like that to be editable.

I'd love it if prise money was editable. I'm sick of getting £3mil when getting to the group stages in the champions league. The prise money is £10mil in real life.

i don't think that regen thing is asking for to much??? have you played that game from EA sports? premier league manager or what it was called? there u could edit from what country regens would come. You could also build youth academies in different countrys ingame.(besides that the game sucked)

as u can see the fee for a place in the group stages is actually lower than in fm

Why do they call the qualifying match to get into the group stages the '£10mil game'?

Rangers and Celtic both received £10mil for getting into the group stages.

prise money in CL aren't too high. largest amount of money teams get from they sponsors and televisions.
