the 10M probably takes into account all the prize money & the expected revenue :
Qualifying :1.6M
6 matches : 1.9 M
Result bonus : apx 1M (2 wins, 2 draws & 2 losses) - could acctually get to 1.9M if you win all the matches in the group stage.
Ticket sales : ~1M

For a total of ~5.5M
Other income i.e : Bonus from Sponsers & extra advertizements & so on could get you near 10 M in all.

yeah, as olivne says. the 10 milllion is a mixture of all things being taken into account such as game bonuses, attendances, sponsors e.t.c but the 10 million is probably just the rough estimation by the club or media. i suspect clubs get just a tad lower than that, if they dont make it out the group stage, maybe 7 or 8 million for a club like celtic.

If they do release an editor with it, I hope it's better than the FM2007 one.
That was pretty crap in terms of functionality - sure, it was nice to be able to use it quickly, but the fact you couldn't create, edit or rename a club really annoyed me.
I used to make Sunday League updates for my local team, but couldn't this year.

Maybe SI could release a stripped-down editor (like last years) with the game, and then release a fully-functional editor as a separate download?

Huh? You could edit, rename and make a club.
At first you couldn't, but the patches fixed all that.

Will it be possible to edit what kind of nationality regens you can have at each city? nation? club?

As there are just way too few in Norway. In youth squads there are quite a lot of players with immigration background, however, not that many at senior level - just yet! Reasons for this is that immigration mainly started in the 80s, but 90s and up to now we have even more immigrants.

Over 400.000 people have immigration background. In Oslo 25% of all people are immigrants.

In my hometown, 10% are immigrants, mostly Somalian, Iraqi, Iranian, Bosnian, Serbian

I believe this should not be hardcoded and be possible to edit?

i hope you can edit the competitions and general information for clubs. I support a non-league team (dulwich hamlet) and every year we enter in the Surrey and London senior cups, so i find it dissapointing that i cant play in these. I dont really expect SI to go out and find all the competiotons going, instead just give us an editor to create these competitions. there is also talk of lots more trophies and cups beig re-introduced into Non League footy and Im quite sure these would not be included in the game, if more established cups like the surrey senior and london senior weren't. i don't mean to insult anyone at SI, as im sure the bigger competitions in the todays game are higher on the priority list, then smaller cups like the East surrey hospital Cup, but it would be nice if i had more freedom in the editor.

The other thing that bugs me is you can't edit general information of clubs, such as the history and favoured personnel. my club, Dulwich has quite a rich history so it would be nice if i could add previous successes to the history page. Also favoured personnel. every time i start a game with dulwich it comes up with none, when we have plenty of legends that have worn our pink n blue shirts: peter crouch, marlon king, carl asaba, charltons new signing chris dickson etc etc. i could go back further but i think the names would mean little to you, as they are more special to the club than they are to the game of football itself.

One other thing, please let us edit affliate clubs. many people assume that conference south clubs are at the bottom of each affliate club pile, when most of them are at the top. Most of them are connected to lower league teams, much in the same way that Man utd are connected to antwerp and chelsea connected to westerlo, whereas in this case, Fisher are very much connected to beckenham town fc and woking have a strong link with worthinh (ive heard).

I would love that aswell. Can't see why it's impossible either? The use of some kind of wizard or something? No-special rule, just standard league rules, set at what point the league start, how many promotion places/relegation places og just duplicate a division and make it a lower division... I don't know, but this should be possible. Saw a screenshot of Fifa Manager - it seemed possible there. And it also possible on SI's own Baseball game.

You could do this in FM2007 - I'm sure it's possible now aswell. However, I believe you had to load, all languages, history and so under options.

This was also possible in FM2007, after it was patched. Sure it will be possible this time around aswell.

Any offical "what's new on editor" would be great though.
