1) Who to be..? Most likly we'll be playing in eather the norwegian premiership, which i'll handle myself, or we'll be playing in English PL. No doubt I can convince my mates to do the english PL; in that case: who to be? That'd be none of the great four, the more overrated (compared to reallife) the better - as it looks alot better beating my friends with Reading, rather then Spurs.

The Italian league offers you some really interesting teams to manage. You can manage Inter and go for glory thrashing teams 3 or 4’s all the way to the title. You can take on Milan with their points deduction and attempt to spoil Inter’s dominance. You could even try Fiorentina with the supper squad and land them the Seria A or you could try and manage Parma (like I’ve tried to do ever since buying FM 2007) and bring back the glory days of the 90s
A more balanced league is the French league
IMO. Even with Lyon’s dominance, you can manage any number of good sides and get them to win the title.
For me, the Italian and French leagues are a great fun.

2) Which tactic to do..? This goes along with point 1, if you have experience with a certain tactic for a certain team please let me know

Tactics.. tactics.. tactics…. the simple answers is, it depends. Almost every side has one or two good players compared to the rest of the squad. I tend to build a formation based on my quality players. There is no one size fits all in this game. The best thing to do is experiment with various set-ups and decide which fits your team.

3) Who to buy..? Still going with flow. Which players would come in handy, especially if you have the experience with a team of great potential but with the lack of quality in a certain position. And yes, I'm talking about that 31 years old. No time for building up a young team as we'll most likly only play a season.

Depends on what you want the player to be! I love signing rejects… in fact, my search filter is almost always set to “Transfer Listed” players with age limit of 29. There is nothing more satisfying that buying a reject from Inter/Juve then seeing them produce a MOM performance against their old club!
All the best and most importantly, enjoy the game! I know losing sux but hey, even the Gods have off-days so don’t let the occasional defeat get to you. Take it from me… I’ve had 6-7-8 even 10 match losing streaks but that’s part of the challenge and we all know that feeling of winning a match after 10 consecutive defeats.. it’s almost like having a bloody orgasm!!!
All the best.
