Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default physio and other info

Didn't find an earlier thread, so'll drop it in here. I'm sure the experience users here will show me the way.

I have created a team in the Belgian first division. For that i have edited (all with the official pre-game editor) a team if about 60 players, without looking at their quality. I chose them strictly on the position and when they were a free agent. Same for the board and staff. Since i am new with FM06 i have some questions.

Besides the actual skills they have, how can i see which players/staff are good or maybe even superstars? For example, i have Taribo West, a pretty good DC, but even playing on his position, he never goes above rating 7. Maybe he is past his peak already?

Also, my physio have sent some people (don't remember the injury) to see a specialist. Does that mean i have a bunch of incompetent physios whom i should give the sack, or is it because truly there are limits to their healing abillities?

Thank you for anyone who can shed a light here!!

I have noticed that quite a few people have read this posting, but not responded. I really could use some help though. Or is this question too nooby to be taken seriously? Also, i have received an email about my 60 players. Please understand that of course, they are spread about my 3 squads (A-reserves-U19)! Hope to took away doubts about that one!!

Thanks

Get coach reports of your coaches about the players you are curious about. Also get a team report from your ass man and this will give you an indication of who your best side is. These should give you some idea about how good your players are.

If a player gos to see a specialist it is better than your physios becuase it will cut time of the injuries duration and also is less likely to reaoccur as they will permanantly sort the problem out where as a physio may not.

Hope that helps mate.
