hello, i'm a newbie manager from argentina, i've been playing since the first cm appeared, but this is the first time i do it really seriously, while it's still a game though
i've been reading many topics and helped me lots, i'm acutally managing Olimpo de Bahia Blanca, that starts at second division in argentina, i achieved first division and after fighting hard till the end i relegated on play offs.
i'm still not sure about what attributes for each position should i be looking for, and as well how pass, accuracy, decisions, and pass related attributes relate to how the player should pass when selecting his style of passing. if he is a bad passing player, should be he playing short passing?

Goalkeeper - Reflexes, Handling, Communication, Jumping

Fullbacks - Positioning, Tackling, Pace, Anticipation

Central Defenders - Tackling, Jumping, Positioning, Heading, Strength, Marking, Bravery, Teamwork

Wingers - Pace, Dribbling, Passing, Off the Ball, Creativity, Crossing

Attacking MidfieldPassing, Off the Ball, Creativity, Technique, Dribbling

Defensive Midfield - Workrate, Jumping, Tackling, Stamina, Positioning

Fast Striker - Pace, Acceleration, Dribbling, Technique, Finishing, Off the Ball

thnx, i don't have the manual so there are plenty of things i must be missing :S

managing in argentina is great, i like the tournament mode on the second division, though i as a fan and manager hate the average points to determine relegation battlers...it can be pretty unfair sometimes...
