here i am chasing a one on one ball with the keeper bellamy gets there first with his pace and rounds the keeper then shoots. then he does a bellamy and turn the ball a mile over the bar in an open goal inside the 18 yard box! the point opf this thread is how do you get start like bellamy kuyt crouch fowler to score goals. no matter what i try they can never seem to score most of my goals come from midfield.

they score the odd goal in my first season i got about 4-5 goal drought messages. ive tried seeing up the game ive tried slowing it down and iev even tried the preset striker tactic nothing seems to work! oh any any 1 recomend any gd signings for liverpool in the first season? (thats who i am incase you didnt notice)

I am playing with Liverpool to and I have also problems with my strikers!

I am in 2013 and i have aguero and podolski as strikers. they wont score goals..
they come alone with the goalkeeper all the time and they shoot straight at him..

i even bought david villa and he couldnt score i eve tried cheating to get henry on a differnt save he scored more but still very vad by his standards i need some help to get them scoring gerrard alonso and garcia are doing most of my scoring. even carragher has got more goals than bellamy this season! carra is on 12( near post from corners sometimes he scores!) bellamy is on 3!

Hmmm, its really hard to say. You're lucky that at least your miedfielders are scoring. When my stikers fall into crises the only tjing I can do is to hope that I do no receive one and maybe score one from a corner or FK.

however, even striker with finishing 19 or 20 needs a good composure when in 1-1 chance to do something done up front...

Too high mentality and/or creative freedom can cause the strikers to misfire their guns.

Sometimes it might also help telling them exactly what you think. Player interaction is useful this way, but use it with caution. If Bellamy is underperforming you can tell the press you are very unhappy with him.

Michael Owen is my most consistant striker. 20 goals in 30ish games hitting the target 80% of the time.

To add to that I have Martins, Salas (good striker stats), Cisse, and Esposito and none of these guys are going close to Owen this year. Martins the year before was the equivalent to Owen.

Rotating training is a good suggestion, and, so is changing the striker's mentality... anything else people have tried?
