how long have you been training for? I don't think you'll see a difference in the first year or so of using the schedule.

Training workload should not be above the last notch of medium otherwise you will tire the players quickly and get lots of injuries.

Players need restituton to increase. Very high workload will not give them this. Such a high workload could be used for a shorter period of time, but not as your standard intensity.

thanks for all answers... I'm at my first season... Also I don't use very high workload on all players.. Some of them high, sohters very high workload level... And there isn't too many injuries at the moment.... I hope that it won't be in the future.... And also I want to ask that "unhappy with high training workload" is there any problem???? Last, what do you suggest high workload or very high workload??? And also for youngsters??? Thank you again for all interested users, mates... |

I never use any schedules above the highest medium workload, and it seems to work great. And if someone is unhappy with the high workload, that is a clear sign you are doing it wrong. Instead make less intensive schedules for those lazy bums, and gradually increase the workload to a point that is acceptable. Point is they will never improve if they are unhappy all the time.

I would highly suggest you have a read at the 'Unofficial Tactics Bible' at the top of the tactics forum page.
I started and played the game as Liverpool, just to get the hang of it and give a good read throughout the various threads within.
I also had a run with what wwfan said in 'TT&F IV: New Strategies and Theories for '07'.
It was quite a struggle to actually do it when you're do eager to get into the game as much as we all are at the start, but well worth doing.
In Cleons thread, you'll find almost all you need with regards to training and such a few links down the page.
