Apologies if there is an obvious answer and I have tried searching the threads. However, could somebdy tell me why when you import different tactics and apply them to your team that it can swap all the players about on the player - position list on the tactic screen(the list next to the pitch showing where people are positioned) prior to going to a match ie suddenly your central midfielder is listed after the Gk where the right full back should be etc.

It causes havoc when you have the swap position enabled in anyones instructions and I spend half my time when watching matches checking that players are not going astray despite not being instucted to. This semms to especially happen if you have different tactics saved and try and change between them them with players already selected whether this is before a match or during a match.

I hope this makes sense and again sorry if this has been answered but I could not find an answer whilst searching various threads.

On the tactic screen (before you go to match), load one tactic and fit your players in where they should be.

Load the next tactic you have, then shuffle the player's positions around so that they are in the right position on the pitch, then save the tactic.

Repeat with the rest of the tatccs you have.

Now when you swap to a different tactic during the game, the players will be in the correct positions because you have saved the positions properly.

That's the fix, but I can't be bothered going into the causeof it, sorry.
