OK i have looked and looked still no result..

PROBLEM:

Henri Saivet
explosive forward
18 years
Watford - Prem
Key member of squad
preferred moves ....none

he is still doing the business to a certain degree scored 10 and its the start of December. Where my problem lies is i really want him to learn some preferred moves which is providing difficult.

he is linked with no one and i am not sure how to fix that. so.....

2 questions

1. Even tho he is 18 has he developed to much he is seen as a key player and playing close to full potential does that mean he cant learn any more at all

2. Do preferred moves really make that much of a difference?

Here is your problem with preferred moves, you can only obtain them through a mentor, and if a player believes he is a big part of your team already he will not believe that a mentor will be benifital. Set as a Hot Prospect or a backup they will normally, but a key player no chance.

BTW, moving him to be a Hot Prospect will just irritate him if he is already a regular part of your setup.
