D LC 18yrs old sick-note 1st season, re-trained from DL to D LC currently my club captain at 20 yrs old making great
Position: ST
Comment: 33 goals in my first season says it all really

Name: Przemyslaw Kazimierczak
Age: 19
Club: No idea, was unattached at the start
Value: Free
Position: GK
Comment: Solid as a rock, 16 clean sheets out of 30 games and lead me on my 17 game winning streak

Name: Sharu Naraji
Age: 23 (i think)
Club: Sheff Utd
Value: Got him free like all my other players
Position: AMR
Comment: Almost as good as Gavin McCallum

Name: Jamie Day
Age: 18
Club: Peterborough Utd
Value: 50k
Position: DL/AML
Comment: A product of Peterborough's academy, Day was earlier in the season linked with a couple of Premiership clubs. Versatile down the left, Day is a consistent performer well worth the money if you can coff it up.

Name: Sergio Torres
Age: 22
Club: Wycombe Wanderers
Value: 14k
Position: AMC
Comment: The most flair player in league 2 (IRL at least ) Poor decisions and stamina, but a very skilful player. Should create plenty of good chances and bag a few himself. Could probably bought cheap, maybe on a free, as he starts in the reserves.

Name: Matt Stowell
Age: 29
Club: /
Value: /
Position: D RLC
Comment: Very useful versatile defender, natural in all three positions. I used him mainly as a DR, and he was very solid in that one. Despite a rather mediocre crossing skill, he got several assists from there.

Name: Neil Lloyd
Age: 26
Club: /
Value: /
Position: D/DM C
Comment: Natural in both positions, I used him as a DC. Good marking, poor tackling skill, but that didn't show. Decent pace seemed to more than make up for that.

Name: Paul O'Brien
Age: 19
Club: /
Value: /
Position: MC
Comment: Very solid, balanced, all-round MC, with very good pace. He was my engine in midfield, ended the season near the top of the ConfN's Pass Completion table. Very consistent. Can score the odd goal from the edge of the area as well.

Name: Danny Howe
Age: 20
Club: /
Value: /
Position: MC
Comment: Very similar to O'Brien, just slightly lower pace. He didn't play all that often for me, but was solid when he did, and my coaches urge me to hold on to him.

Name: Matthew Blinkhorn
Age: 21
Club: Blackpool
Value: picked him up for 2k
Position: ST
Comment: One of my rotating strikers, good all-rounder. No technical dribble genius, but can score with head or foot, and has decent pace.

And, since it can be a bit of a pain sometimes to find someone decent who'll want to join your Conf N/S team on loan, I'll list two who didn't mind playing at that level for a season:

Name: Sam Ashton
Age: 19
Club: Bolton
Value: LOAN
Position: GK
Comment: Was surprised he wanted to join, not many Prem. team players even consider going on loan to the Conf N/S, but he did, and hurray for that. This kid was a star in goal, and won me points.

Name: Chris Hall
Age: 19
Club: Oldham
Value: LOAN
Position: ST
Comment: Another star for me. Real goal-getter, right place at the right time kinda guy. **** poor from long range, so he won't get in the goal-of-the-month ranking, but lethal in the danger zone. Not terribly consistent, but even in his poor form period, he still scored the regular close range header or rebound tap in.

Name: Shane Paul
Age: 19
Club: Unattched
Value: Free
Position: AMR/ST
Comment: Signed him for kettering and has scored 8 in 5 so far. Can score from either position. Fast and good natural fitness. Ex-Villa youth player I think.

Name: Ismail Yakubu
Age: 21
Club: Barnet
Value: 9k-transfer listed though
Position: DC

Name: adam wilde
Age: 27
Club: St. Albans
Value: 8k value now, not sure what he starts at
Position: ML/AML/AMC
Comment: easily my best player in conf. national. st albans were spose to finish 23rd, only above crawley who had 10 points taken away. He is fast enough to break down any defense from teh left side, sets up play in the middle wonderfully. also gets goals in big moments.

Name: Simon Dawkins
Age: 19
Club: Had been released by spurs at start of my game
Value:Free
Pos: Striker
Comment:High Accelerating and Pace and Finishing. Easily out scores Daryl Knight who i also have.

Name:Jamie Victory
Age:30
Club:Cheltenham
Value:Free
Position: DLC
Comment: Rock at the back with decent tackling heading and marking.

Name: Alan Kearney
Age:19??
Club: Released by everton at start of my game
Value:Free
Position:ML
Comment:Fast winger with good passing. Has streaks where he gets 8-10s. Won Conference North highest average rating. Injury Prone

Name: Tommy Tejan-Sie
Age: 18???
Club:Leicester City took me 2 seasons to get him
Value:Free
Position:MLC
Commentulls the strings in midfield, moves the ball well and decent goal tally

Namean Martin
Age:20
Club:Notts County
Value:50K
Position:MC
Comment:Great player, play him at CB to get the most out of him he can be bought for about 300k which is a lot for a lower league player but is a solid player at league one standed before he develops and probebly Championship or Premeireship back-up when he is developed.

Name: Terry Smith
Age: 18
Club: Oldham
Value: Picked him up for free
Position: GK
Comment: Best GK stats in the division, solid between the sticks. Has made the odd error but generally consistant.

Name: James Earl
Age: 18
Club: Workington
Value: Bought for free, currently £5k
Position: AM RLC
Comment: Versatile, pacy attacking midfielder. Consistently good performances and always getting picked out in the media as our main threat.

Name: Lee Ellington
Age: 25
Club: Stalybridge
Value: Bought for free, currently £5k
Position: AM/F C
Comment: Top scorer in our first season, 18 league goals for a struggling club, not bad. 18 for pace and acceleration in my game, which I'm pretty sure makes him the fastes player in the division.

Name: Elliott Benyon
Age: 18
Club: Bristol City
Value: Bought for nought, now £7k
Position: ST
Comment: Top scorer so far this season, 11 in 17, hampered by injury at the moment though. Seems a great prospect for LLM.

Name: Eddie Stanford
Age: 21
Club:Sandecja
Value:3K
Position/AML
Comment:Good for left defence and for left flank. He got his share of assists as well. Average rating above 7 and versitaile

Name: Tim Sparv
Age: 19
Club: Southampton Reserves
Value: Free (with % sell on)
Position: DM / AM LC
Comment: Got this guy at the beginning of the season for Stevenage in the Conf National and he keeps George Boyd out of the side. Regularly gets MoMs and player of the month. Takes a decent free kick too.

Name: Tony Stokes
Age: 19
Club: West Ham Reserves
Value: Free (with % sell on)
Position: AM C
Comment: Great central midfielder at Conf level.

Name: Gregor Balazic
Nationality: Slovenia
Age: 18
Position: DM
Club: N/A
Cost: FREE
Work Permit: Not Needed
Club Level: Conference up
Comments: Free agent at start of game. Has ok stats to start and goes on to become Slovenian international. I had him on FM2006 and he was a consistant performer from the Conference to the Prem with my Morecambe side

Name: Usmal Gondal
Age: 19
Club: Arnold (unattached at the beginning of my game)
Value: 8K
Position: ST
Comment: Good striker after a little while. Is on the Pakistan National team in its first year, so he gets plenty of experience.

Name: Marc Newsham
Age: 20
Club: Rotherham, but was free agent at the start of my game
Value: Now worth 45K
Position: AMC
Comment: Good passer, acts as a calming force in my attack. Has to improve on the long kicks though.

Name: Andy Caton
Age: 20
Club: Swindon (but was free too! )
Value: 45K
Position: ST
Comment: My best scorer. Great pace and acceleration (15+) . He also has a lot of room for improvement.

Name: Steve Evans
Age: 27
Club: Woking (but ... )
Value: 12K
Position: M LC (used at ML)
Comment: Good winger, great crossing skill and above average physical stats. Has potential.

Name: Joe Anyinsah
Age: 21
Club: Preston
Value: can be picked up for nothing
Position: AMR/L
Comment: Tricky winger who is adept on either flank opposition managers constantly identify him as a danger man, good dribbling and decent pace for league two level

Name: duncan ferguson
Age: 34
Club: -
Value: free
Position: ST
Comment: wonderful striker for league 2 sides.

Name: Lorenzo Amoroso
Age: high 30something
Club: -
Value: free
Position: DC
Comment: useful defender for league 2 sides.

James Grady
Position - FC
Value - Bought for 1K
Wages - Key Player/30K
Age - 35
Comments - Good aerial stats (12 heading 15 jumping) make him a good target man and he's good off the ball and has nice finishing and composure. Goal Machine in Conference and League 2. Also he has some PPM's like Shoots with power but also argues with officials which is very annoying.

Ryan O'Leary
Position - DC
Value - Bought for 8K
Wages - Rotation/14K
Age - 19
Comments - Good youngster who continually improves. Good defensive stats especially positioning which he starts as 16 in which is great for Lower Leagues. Only concern is 1 for first touch and occasionally 'gifts' the opposition with easy goals.

Jamie Hamill
Poisition - DL/WBL
Value - Bought for 6K
Wages - Rotation/9K
Age - 21
Comments - Great defensive fullback. Great tackling matched with great workrate makes him near impossible to get around. Only shame is he has poor crossing but I keep him mostly defensive so his passing ability (14) makes up for it.

Name:Jason Walker
Age: 22
Club: Unattached
Value: Free
Position: ST
Comment: Great signing for my custom team in first season (Conference North), it was his goals that led to an unlikley promotion.
Walker's History

Nameean Gordon
Age: 33 (at start of game)
Club: Unattached
Value: Free
Position: DL
Comment: Another signing from that first season, contributed 7 goals and 22 assists in all competitions, fantastic set-piece taker only kept out of my team this season by the arrival of Chris Powell.

Name:Nansha Kalonji
Age: 33 (at start)
Club: Unattached
Value: Free
Position: D.MRC
Comment: Played him at DC in first season, solid performer and contributed 7 goals, using him more as a fringe player now after some big new arrivals came in at the end of the season.

Name:Esmir Sabic
Age: 17
Club: Baulmes
Value: 60k although I signed for free in second season
Position: DC
Comment: Quality DC, keeping Kalonji out of first team.

Name:Gert Claessens
Age: 34
Club: Genk
Value: Unknown at start, signed for free in second season
Position: DC,DM,MLC
Comment: Biggest transfer coup so far for my team, couldn't believe he actually signed for me, good performances so far, new club captain.

Name:Kabamba Musasa
Age: 24
Club: Maritzburg Utd
Value: 40k but signed for free in second season
Position: ST
Comment: Another big coup, sharing the striking role with Walker as I only play with one upfront, between the two of them I've had a real headache over who to play.

Name: Tom Davies Age: 21?
Club: St Albans
Value:10 - 20K
Pos: Midfield
Comment:Has been able to compete all the way up to League one in my game - a quality midfield dynamo...

Name: Paul Collins Age: 21?
Club: Can't remember
Value:I got him for 4K
Pos: Left back
Comment:I have just sold this player to Notts Forest for 300K after he helped me get to league one.

Name: Oliver Lancashire Age: 21?
Club: starts with Southampton reserves
Value:I got him for 16K
Pos: Central Defender
Comment:A really good central defender in league two but not so good in the conference. He likes slow/short build up.

Name: Kyle Storer Age: 21?
Club: Tamworth
Value:My record signing for 150K over two years
Pos: Central Midfielder
Comment:Still competing in League one and is now valued at well over 400K

Name: Gavin McCallum Age: 21?
Club: starts with Yeovil
Value:I got him for free
Pos: Attacking left
Commenture class

Nameeter Till
Age:19
Club:Birmingham
Value:none
Position:AmR/St
Comment:Tearing up the goal scoring charts playing up front, is also useful on the right. Good long term prospect.

Name:Rob Elvins
Age:19
Club:West Brom
Value:none
Position:St
Comment:well known amongst lower league managers, need i say more? Definet signing if playing lower league.

Name:Jamie Hamill
Age:20
Club:Kilmarnock (released soon into the game)
Value:none
Position: DL
Comment:solid defender, can easily play in a higher division.

Name:Thomas Thomasberg
Age:31
Club:none
Value:none
Position: Dm/Mr (also my assistant manager )
Comment:Solid and consistant, also a great coach/ass man so saves your wage budget a few quid)

Position:Gk
Comment:Easily the best keeper in the league, solid and consistant, im going to sign him permenantly soon.

Comment:Great defender, along with another Sheff Utd Dc who i signed but cannot remeber his name (Chris/Carl Robertson i think)

Name:Blair Sturrock
Age:24
Club:None
Value:None
Position:St
Commentecent striker, only being kept out of the team by Till and Elvins. Has league experience as well!

Name:Clifford Sterrit
Age:16
Club:Loughdall (N.Ireland)
Value:none
Position:St
Comment:Great stats for a young striker, can be bought for nothing, not in first team at present time but has scored plenty from the bench. Good player for this league and can only get better with time!

Name:Gerrard Boyle
Age:26 (i think)
Club:none
Value:none
Position: DRL
Comment:Good stats for a player in the division, and pretty reliable for me. First choice at right back.

Name: Toumani Diagouraga
Age:19
Club:Watford
Value: season long loan
Position:Amc
Comment:I was amazen when i managed to get him as he is good enough to play in the championship, but he was transfer listed! He is unbelievale at this level and if you get the opportunity to sign him then you must as he will end up being the best midfielder in the division!

Name: James Ashmore
Age: 20
Club: Sheff Utd
Value: 8k transfer listed
Position: MC
Comment: Superb performer, great set piece taker.

Name: Mirnes Ibrahimovic
Age: 25
Club: Some non-league one in england...
Value: 0 k
Position: ST, pacey one
Comment: Great player, too good for the conference, i think he would do in L2 or L1 too.
14 finishing, 12 composure, good physical stats.

Highley reccomend Mirnes Ibrahimovic and Tom Lyons. This is out of the conference players thread.

kieran tracey and nathan jarman have been my most successfull, definate buys for any team in north and south, ive just started a new game as leigh (1000 reputation *near the lowest*). I will update you on new findings as i plow my way through pre season. btw if you wanna make cash (such as 3mil) then play friendlys with Ipswitch, Norwich and Shef Weds... just plays loads pre season games with them and try better yourself in each match, nathan jarman seems to score against them. also derby accept friendly proposals too but i offered a 10k fee though, dunno about 0
