I might give ukraine another go or maybe russia. It does get a little boring in countries where europe is the only real challenge.

little update...

just started the season now. in league won opening game 2-1 at home, and drew 0-0 away. dominated game but couldn't score.

played 1st leg of champions league 2nd round, away to Pobeda. won 3-0, a great result and a dominant performance from my new team.

settled on giving a 4-2-3-1 formation. typical line up:

GK: Shust
RB: Srna
LB: Rat
CB: Chygrynski (sp)
CB: Hubschmann
CM: Nazarenko (sp)
CM: Dujlaj / Mozart
AMR: Renato Augusto
AML: Castillo
AMC: Arshavin / Vukic

have drawn Rangers or Domzale in champions league 3rd round, assuming i close out the 2nd leg against Pobeda. AM optimistic of making the group stages..

Just started a game with Shakhtar, first try outside Britain really so looking forward to the challenge.

Using the weegie deadline update, played a 4-4-2 attacking using Castillo and Srna on the wings and won 4 - 2 so gonna stick with that, might change it when my new players arrive though :thup: good luck to you !

Easy as pie so far, won all league games bar one, through to the group stages of the Champions League after a massive fluke against Liverpool in the qualifiers.

Anyone recommend any potential signings? I got 60 million when I asked and have only spent about 15m, with Tymoshuk coming in January.
