Hi all~
i'm in my first season, and would appreciate suggestions on improving my squad. Thanks in advance~
My squad is as follows

Gk- Akinfeev, Ustari, Costil, Degre

Defenders- (1st Choice) Chiellini, Heinze, Bazagli, Rafinha
(2nd Choice) Bale, Pique, Ayala, Ratinho & Micah Richards(D RLC, DMC)

Midfielders- (1st choice) Marcelo/Guardado, Gago/Sahin, Riquelme, Beckham
(2nd choice) Zogbia/Issiati, Zapater, Matias fernandez, Borre/ Falcao

Strikers- (1st choice) Iquinta(udinese forward), Klose
(2nd choice/for future) Jo, Higuain, Bojan, Adriano, Bendtner, Vela, Eddie Johnson

i play a 442 attacking formation, i'm winning games but i can nv seem to coax the best out of my central midfielder. Riquelme and whoever i pair with always get 7 ratings for games even though they do well or okay.
8 and 9s are occasional. Do i need to revert to a diamond formation to get the best out of Riquelme?

Also, as can be seen from my forward line i prefer target man who are good in the air.
(i prefer to fill my squad with young players too)
i had past experience with aguero and villa who are perhaps the best players in the game.
but i can't seem to get a formation to make dribblers/ ST who can't jump to score loads of goals for my team.
Most of my goals come from headers from my target man via corners/crosses from becks/marcelo
Some also come from freekicks by riquelme and becks. i would like to have a formation tt allows me to keep possession most of the time, and play nice attacking football (aka like Arsenal)

Is sissoko great in midfield?.. i prefer a dm who can jump to win the headers and tackles in central mid, but nv had experience with him.
Also will Players like Vela and Hiquain become the great players they will become if i merely give them good training and the occasional game for the first team?..
Does sending them on loan aid in their progress and up their stats?
Also i can nv get my keepers to improve their stats ( reflexes, handling etc) the only stat i successfully increased for ustari and akinfeev is their influence.

yea u can sort of say tt.. what i basically did was offload all player in Valencia to other clubs then gave myself a budget of 150m..
wanted to experiment how far i can go with youngsters, enjoy developing them.

What i would love to know is how to train keepers up and play possession football.. my team always has 50+% possession only..
