At the start he is 18
I'm not sure where he will go, He may go to somewhere like that
He is valued at about £1.1mil/£1.2mil (Sorry, I haven't converted it) |

Haynes and Clarke are pretty overrated in FM07, same goes with their two gk's, Supple and Price. Neither of the strikers are even close to starting in real life, yet they could easily play for a PL side from the beginning in 07.

I bought him for leeds and he was very average over two seasons. Payed 950k for him sold him to Sunderland for 500k plus 50% sell on.
Its the first time I have bought him and did so because I had heard good things about him. in my opinion he wasn't what I expected( ie 20-30 goals a season)

In 7.02 both Haynes' and Billy Clarke's PA were reduced. So was Bowditch's and Jordon Rhodes's, come to that. New researcher, perhaps, or maybe the update was off a few bad perforances? Anyway, they are both on one of these randon bands (-x) and so will vary in potential from save game to save game.
If you're playing on 7.0 or 7.1 they should both turn out to be very good. Not necessarily on 7.02, however. The best you can hope for is they will be decent championship performers.
Haynes always seems to be generated with poor decisions and a somewhat fragile personality (not that I've played THAT many Ipswich games!!).
I would advise:
1. Carefull handling in media interaction and team talks. He's got a very volatile disposition in a big-girls-blouse sort of way.
2. He's a confindence player. If he's mooning about with a face like her out of Coronation St then temporarily take over the reserves before an easy game and play him. A 5-0 win will cheer him right up!
3. He's very fast but his poor decisions seems to result in a lot of offsides. Avoid setting his forward runs to "often". Possibly experiment a bit with creative freedom.
4. Give him a tailoured training schedule to increase his poor areas. From memory he needs a boost in ball control and tactics.
That's what I'd do, anyway!!
