i am in january i am currently 3rd 6 points behind arsenal(top), in the league cup final(man utd). i have brought some players that are really performing, but my best players are the youth really doing a great job atm.

i am just waiting for work permits on guardado and mikel, i have loaned them both off chelsea just for back up for the end of the season. bouma has been amazing, luke moore has been amazing aswell. im really suprised with bouma im playing him centre back and he is a rock best defender in the prem atm.

Anyone learned how to deliver Randy his request for .."high quality signings and he won't mind if the transfer budget is exceeded.."?

I spent the £20m then agreed a big signing, agreed contract with player, and weas told "You have insufficient funds".
So how does it work?
Do you have to request funds at start of game and if refused you cannot exceed the transfer budget even though Randy says you can??
Advice please!!!

yeah i had that problem! i tryed for van der vaart but didnt have the funds! I didnt even need to buy anyone id rather wait till the end of the season and spend the money, when im hopefully in the champions league!

he has to think the team needs it hence he will give you the extra funds

just won the champions league 9-8 on pelaties vs arsenal

lost 1 - 0 in the fa cup final to chelsea

won the prem by 1 pt!!

not bad to say for these remaining 3 games that decided everything i had to play 8 reserves because of injuries and international duties mainly!

would you really miss the final of the champs league for a country friendly ??? and no i couldnt withdraw him

after my 1st season i finished 3rd league cup runner up fa cup 1/4 finalist. all in all a very productive season and a solid base to build a good team for next season. think i need a world class player in there somewhere!
