my villa game not bad cant sell any 1 got no1 great galliteri or sumthing like that an alright right attacking midfielder in 6th beat man u 2-0 but lost 6-1 to chelsea lerner not splashing the cash. playing 4-3-3 with sorenson,hilntop mellberg cahill bouma galliteri petrov davis moore and agbonlejor playing as attacking midfielders and baros up front

Hi, first season villa. Finished 5th. In uefa this season. Got some class players but building amazing team for future. Will list my buys tomo. Season budget was 8 mil, this was cos i had to renegotiate a new contract. Made it only for a year so will hopefully get the option again at end of this seaon. Think i have at least 5 wonderkids in my team. Plus duff. Just missed out on Owen couldnt afford the deal the deal. Went in againi but this time competing against milan.

Also has anyone else been told to worry about transfer kitty and to sign high profile player. Had it twice and got some very good players

I was told by Randy to sign high profile players and ignore the transfer budget. So when I tried to exceed my transfer budget I was told I could not!!
I can't get anywhere with Villa in the 2007 game.
I have tried 532 (or 352 if you prefer) and 442. Can't get anywhere! Getting fed up now but can only play as Villa.
So frustrating.

end of summer transfer season second season.
transfers in: Vanden Borre 2 mil, walcott (loan), vincent degre 4k, fabio aurellio (liverpool left back) 2 mil, lauren 3 mil, o'shea 4 mil and kerlon 3mil i think. also i enquired about asamoah and told i could get him 4 7.5 mil. he accepted my contract but couldn't get a work permit

transfers out: sorensen 2 mil, samuel 1.8 mil, hughes 2 mil, and a few under 18 that add up to about 2 or 3 mil.

my first season i was 6th until the last game. i lost 1-0 to liverpool and finished 7th. through the euro vase i qualified for the euro cup the next season and cant stop scoring lol.

i play 4-3-3 like o'neil if i can have 2 foward subs. i have my fastest strikers as my wide forwards (walcott, moore, agbonlahor, sometimes kerlon) and baros, angel or kerlon in the middle.

if i dont have 2 forward subs available i play 4-2-1-2 with petrov attacking mid. that was until i trained davis attacking mid, and he keeps gettin 8 or 9 ratings. he scored a hattrick against bolton.also lauren is a great buy for his 20 penalty taking he has also scored a hattrick this season (2 pens and a header from a free kick)

:thup: I planned on moving to a 4-3-3 my second season. Didn't have the players, or the money to get the players, to do it the first season but will be able to now.

You signed some quality players there too, who is your GK with Sorensen gone? I planned on replacing him but not sure who to go for. One game Sorensen is just brilliant then the next he comes rushing out of his box like like he thinks hes a forward and gets burned.

He did just advance me to the FA cup finals though, he got a 10 rating and cleansheet.

I only got 1m something in the first Jan window. After the season I got 7.75mil, could have gotten 9m but would have had to take a slight wage hit. This was from placing 3rd and winning FA cup.

I really can't find much quality to fill out the squad with. Signed Justin Hoyte from Arsenal on a free but have been really looking for a ST and unable to find any decent ones for under 7mil.

I asked for a board increase on the first day of the first season and Mr. lerner boosted me up to 11 million, stand up guy.

Enough to boost my sqaud with Marcelo, Eduardo Ratinho and Cardenas.

Well i started a game as these last night, and after i finished pre-season i got tired and went to bed. Anyway theres been some transfers made.

In:-
Hiuain- £4,600,000
Luizao- £4,600,000
Enyeama- £250k

Out:-
Milan Baros- £9,000,000 to pompey. Fans and board wernt happy.

Laursen- £1,800,000 to st. ettiene, as i had load of CB's, needed to sell someone.

Now im seriously looking hard for a wonderkid(ish) type MR, who i could get for £6,000,000 or less.

Doing Fairly well atm.

3 League games played
2 league games drawn
1 league game won.

The 2 draws were against M.City, and Boro. On the 1st 2 games of the season( at this point i was thinking oh crap, i recon ill do poorly this year)

But the next game against pompey hightend my spirits as i beat them 2-1.

Also have brought in Cardenas, to fill in the pretty much Vacant Right wing
