In my first Villa game Sorensen started and did quite well, even though I was afraid his acceleration was too slow it never showed in the match engine.

This second Villa game I started though, Stuart Taylor started out as first team player in his contract with Sorensen as a rotation. So I'm going to play Taylor and see how he does, but probably replace him at the seasons end.

He came top scorer in both the reserve and under 18 leagues.

Might have to give him a proper first team run next season.

That link didnt work but im guessing its Delfouneso, how ever you spell it :p He scored loads for my reserves and under 18's aswell even though he had to compete with people like Hoiland, Qvist, Angel and Sutton :p

That's the one. He scored 71 between reserves and under 18s plus 2 first team goals.

Thanks for the advice on Sorensen. My next question is defenders for Villa.
I have bought Iaquinta as my main striker and am rotating Moore, Agbon., Angel aroung him.
I bought Morias as an attacking midfield as I didn't think Villa had one.
But the transfer window is now closed and the only defender I got was Lucas Neill (DR) doing OK.
What about a LB and Central defenders??
How do you think my purchases will do??

I play Barry LB and trained Ridgewell to play there as back up.

awhec - In Jan transfer window I will have about £2.5m to spend - unless Randy provides some more.
