I know you must all get extremely bored hearing this all the time, but I just cannot workout who to manage.

I want a team in the Premiership, who have ok finances that can go somewhere, and a few players who I can sign to get me going.

I've started a few seasons that have started ok, but then players just don't perform, so I need some ideas.

Aston Villa & Pompey have good squads and plenty of money to fool around with.
