How is Rene Mihelic looking after first season, i bought him as he is a match winner but my reports say that he is playing close to full potential and IMO he isnt quite prem standard. Brilliant player in Champ though. Team looks decent for money spent on it though!
Good enough to keep you in Prem imho. With reliable tactic, few more signings and no injury crisis think you could push for inter-toto/uefa spot even. Not sure about pamarot, but would look for additional centre half. Try Cathcart, Cahais, Cuthbert for cover.
Loan Michael Woods to add some depth in midfield. Wijnaldum and Zeefuik are 2 best young dutch players, both can be signed for 4M total at the end of 1st/start of 2nd season.
If you fail to sign them or cannot afford, try to loan. Check out if Leo Schwechlen and Distel Zola are available for resonable money or on loan. Jourdren was very solid keeper for me every time i bought him and he can bes cheap.
Adrian Hora is great winger who can play on both sides and is cheap - 200-300k i think.
Raul Ruscescu would be decent striker who can step in if your main striker is injurned, Hora can play upfront as well.
Ah, forgot about Aquino! Hes a legend already on my Leeds game, playing him in AML position, can be used upfront as well. Scores many and causes havoc every time Hes very young and full of potential. Plays for spanish side Murcia. If they went down (relegated) you can get him for anything around 1.5M.
i allready have scott cuthbert and dickson choto as backup cb's. i brought zeefuik in first season as backup, he good enough? also have schwechlen and zola from first season backup and abenzoar, are they good enough or loan them out for experiance? i also have as backup keeper that italian young one...corradini? sp? will have a look at adrian hora as backup to torje and dzsudsek.
any good coaches you can recomend? both first team, normal coaches, youth coaches. and any good scouts. all need to be fairly cheap. i have marcel desailly as assistant!
rene mihelic is good, gets a fair few goals and assists, ive actually made him my captain as his influence is 19 or 20. rest of the team were happy with this but he felt under pressure but hopefully he grows into it.
Schwechlen is good enough to play in 2nd season, i have had him in my Hull City in prem 2nd season and he did well, avr well above 7 and i used him on left side and in centre of the defence. Zola is good to act as a backup untill january, since then you may give him more chances. No idea about Abenzoar though. Zeefuik - same as Zola, give him some games until january, then he can play more important role in your team. He started to score many in my 3rd season and finall sent Stancu off the bench.
If you're looking for coaches, raid Inter and Milan they've got great youth coaches, just offer them a contract as a firs-team coach or simple coach but check the compensation fee. Basile is a good coach also. Pincolini of Parma.
There are 2 good coaches at Auxerre but cannot recall names. Moniz of Tottenham is a great coach. There is a possibility to sign many more coaches then you're allowed. All you have to do is to offer them contracts as an assistant managers (you must not have any ass man in your club while offering a contract) and when the one sign as ass man, just offer him new contract as a coach, usually they accepts. I have now something like 25 coaches or so lol.
