Yeah, but you can tweak the algorithm to increase offers for unemployed managers, maybe with a trade off on the level they're at if you want, and leave it alone for those that are employed. SO it's not ridiculously easy to move up, but you still don't have the unemployment problem you mentioned.

Agree totally, just commenting that it seems to have been "feast or famine" in recent times and I know which I'd prefer.

Hopefully SI can tweak the job offers so they're realistic for FM06.

It's not that big an isuue anyway. If you think a job offer is unrealistic, reject it. Simple as that.

unfortunately, i think this is another one of those areas where the wishes of LLaMa's are in opposition to the majority, so there's no incentive for it to be improved. I think given the nature of a lot of the GQ community, they'd get more complaints from it being too hard to move jobs than too easy, so that's the side they'll err on.

I'm wondering if the "nationality" effect has been lessened in this version. I rarely ever had an offer in 03/04 and I've already had three job offers in FM, and I'm not doing that well.
