I've finally made it to the Football league with lowly BPA.. (2008)

No I'm not here to brag (not too much anyway :cool

Just got a team report and my Assistant gave 9 of my first team players one star, 1 two stars and the other 3..

What 'Star' rating should my players be at in this division?

Or does it just mean I've got a cr@p assistant manager?

The players were generally all on about three stars in the Conference..

No idea.

Sometimes, my Ass Man reckons one of my players is worthy of 5 stars (my starting team of no-hopers).
Sometimes he says that a GK is of no use to the club unless I feed him to the U-19s for breakfast.
Sometimes he fields 3 goalkeepers in outfield positions for U-19 matches, when I have enough players to fill those positions.

He is crap.

Well, when I played in EPL my ass.manager gave 9 of the players one star. Now I'm in Championship and the same players now get 5 stars. They improved in the summerbreak (or my ass.man. became even weaker :p )
I don't care what he says anyways, I do what I think is good.
