I'm new to LLM. I've played the old CM games but I never played this way before.
Without bragging, I started unemployed, within a few months got a job at bournemouth (sinking ship comes to mind) and climbed the league to the point of alternating between just in and just outside the relegation zone every few games. Needless to say I was sacked. Then i got a job at Notts Co at the end of the season which just gave me long enough to work out which players to keep. Next season i made some loan signings and, to the amazement of the board and fans, won League 2. I was then offered a job Crewe where I was expected to battle bravely against relegation in the Championship and am 9th with half the season gone.
Sorry about the essay but i just wanted to sum up my progress. How are other people doing? and whats does it take to be a 'good' manager - getting promoted year after year, or just a slow but steady climb?
