I'm managing in the NI2nd at the moment with Oxford Utd Stars in my 4 season and still in the bottom league! Managed a bit of stability now thou. It's a good league to start in - small number of teams, therefore short seasons and the fact even finishing in the relegation places doesn't guarantee relegation as theres a relegation playoff! (not that i've had to rely on it luckily!, having managed a 10th, and two 7ths).

Only problem with N.I. league is the non-playing staff wages are through the friggin roof. Most of the clubs have 3-4 staff (or more!) on £400/wk long term deals. I hoped SI would fix, but so far no confirmation.
