Finished the 07/08 season with plymouth. I actually kept a job for more than a year.

I was given 1000-1 odds, and tipped for relegation obviosuly. I brought in 5 players that totaled 17 million (remember it's in dollars), and one of them was a czech cd who won fans' player of the year.

Got off to a good start. Got up to 7th position, 5 games into the season. Then i held my position between 13-15 until 21 games in. After that 21st match i went 16 without a win, and found myself in 18th, one point behind manchester city. Lucky for me, i faced the last placed wolves, and i beat them 1-0 despite missing my 2 best players. Man City tied 7th place Charlton 2-2, and i lived to play another season in the premiership.

Overview:
Position: 17. Won 7, tied 13, lost 18.
Fa Cup: Lost to Charlton in 6th round replay. League Cup: lost 2nd round on penalties.
Notable Results: Chelsea 9-0 Plymouth ManU 6-1 Plymouth

And Norway won the 2008 european championship on penalties over Spain. England crashed out in the group stage.

I have $7.2 mil to spend on players in the upcoming season, and the board decided to expand my stadium by 8,000+ seats which will probably drive me into "insecurity" since i rarely filled my place when it held 21,000. I also got a fresh batch of youngsters, several look like they could be useful.

I've finished the 08/09 season.
I was steadily mediocre for the entire season. My personal goal was to get a respectable 12th place finish, while i was given 2000-1 odds this year, and told to battle relegation by everyone i asked. My ass. man said i had no chance of avoiding relegation once again.

I added 1 young striker from congo to be my primary backup, and i added a dcm/cd from denmark before the season. Apart from that it was the same team from the previous year. I was staying everywhere from 17-14 on the table, and with 4 matches to go i was in 16th, 9 clear of relegation, and only 2 points back of my goal of 12th position. I finished getting 5 points in the last 4 matches which included trips to champions (chelsea), and 5th place finishers (aston villa). I finished in 14th which wasn't all that bad.

The board finished the stadium expansion of 8000 seats midway through the season, and now home park holds 27000, and seats 22k of them. After the season they announced that undersoil heating would be added.

My youngsters made me proud, winning their group, and the u18's cup, and at least one of them will feature on the big squad next year.

Lost away to bolton in both the 3rd round of the league cup and the 5th round of the fa cup in the last 5 mins of each match!

Other Notables:
Northern Ireland 1-0 England (wcq)
Cayman Islands 1-0 USA (on aggregate at the first elimination stage of wcq)
