Hi everyone, I'm new here... from singapore. Do give me your guidance ok?

I am trying to play Wimbledon (now known as AFC Wimbledon) but could not find them in any league. I checked the editor and found them in an unknown English, not even conference.

I'm not English, just an asian chinese guy from s.e. asia. Anyone who can enlighten me?

BTW, any fans of the old wimbledon around? Still reminisced fondly of those days of John Fashuna and the Crazy Gang. Those long balls... sigh.. or am I getting old?

First off, enlightenment comes from the forum header, but since you're ESL, I'll be nice.

AFC Wimbledon is not in either the Conference North/South, but they play below, therefore they're not playable until they are promoted there.

Editors are not acceptable in any way. Using them is forbidden. No exceptions.

Player naming, be it current, former, or regenerated in your save games, is also forbidden. Tactics naming is also not acceptable, which you somewhat touched on with the long ball comment.

I think I've been enlightening enough.

welcome, we dont do tipping, and we dont' do editors. Take some time out to read the header and if you like LLM then follow the guidelines and you'll be fine.

Wimbledon are still about they got re-mamed the MK Dons!?!. They are not officially lower league so no-one in these parts will be playing as them really.

If you want to play as AFC wimbledon you will have to wait till they gain promotion.

Thanks guys and sorry about not reading LLM rules. Went through forum header twice and got it.

I'd like to add I a sucker for the integrity and purity of FM data. So I don't cheat. Because I'm not familiar with English lower leagues and am interested in playing LL, I only used it on the rare occasion to research on LL. But I won't do that again cos I want to participate here.

I use a Mac and can't use a randomiser. Is asking for a recommendation of a LL club similiar to Wimbledon allow?

if you use frank at the top of the forum page he can pick an english side in the Conference North or south for you. Any team down there is a challange, some more than others tho.
