'right Steve?
I'm a Hearts fan but am more often to be seen at Firs Park, home of the *ahem* mighty East Stirlingshire nowadays, in fact I'd probably say I care as much about Shire's results than I do Hearts'.
Welcome to LLM, btw

What's this real life you speak of?
Welcome, Steve.

I'm sorry, but I don't buy that theory at all.
One of the great things about LL management is learning about these small teams you've never heard of before.
Just as an example, I'd never heard of this Israeli team I'm managing now. But now I can tell you a little about where they're located, when they were founded, their glory years thanks to looking on the history screen and being intrigued enough to go trawling the Interweb.

What Jason and Kehoe said.
And at this rate, you're more of a postbooster than Kostis. Which takes some doing.

Agree with the three above. One shouldn't need a PhD in a team to manage them
One of the great things in taking over a new and unknown team, is getting to know the players. Try them out in a few friendlies and see how they cope with it etc.
You just have to ask for directions on your way to your first training |

Yeah, in my mind my LLM game starts after a playing career which has ended in the first or second division so I haven't a clue what I'm getting myself into.
It usually turns out to be bother though.
I'm sure I'm not alone. |

I'm not suggesting anything, but I recognise that posting style, Mungo, and the use of "jafer"...hmmmm...
Like I say though, not suggesting 'owt.

Does the posting style include horrific spelling mistakes? |

Nothing wrong with the experience sharing, no football fan can qualify themselves as a fan until they've experienced the horrors of dodgy non-league stadiums like Billericay's Lodge. Wheres the enjoyment if you don't have the risk of the stands falling apart around you and their crazy Norwegian fanclub cheering them on, on one of their rare visits.
It just helps if others can read your typing, hence getting the experiences from your posts as you intend.
