Decent start to the season - A 1-0 win over Worksop was followed by a marvellous 3-0 win over Moor Green with my keeper getting the second (long ball, my striker was bearing down on the opposition keeper who must have taken his eye off the ball) My pre-match mind games must have paid off!

Welcome form a fellow BPA manager new fella.

I've just completed my third season with them and am absolutely loving it.

It is a real challenge as money is too tight however you economise, only rubbish players are interested in you and I ended up recruiting most of my staff from unemployed scouts, it's that bad.

But it does mean any success is really down to your tactics and other managerial skills.

See how you get in in your first season and let us now at the end of it how it's going

BPA are a real challenge. :thup: I'm into season 2008/09, and during that time I've had a couple of promotions, and have taken them to League 2. Currretly sitting in the top half, just going into November. Money is tight - got about £25K to spend on transfers, so am looking for bargain youngsters in the main.
