Default Training for LLM ?

What is, in your opinion, the best generale training regime for LLM ?

I tried sexual chocolate but it seems to me to hard for crap players and in the end of december my players are all tired .

Best training? Make training volantary. Let them run for two hours as warm-up, play footie for a half, then hit the weights, and finish off with another two-hour running session. I'd only assume most would show up. If not, fine their ass!

I tend to train by going to the pub regualarly, it gets me used to sitting down and drinking.
I also read in bed which keeps my reading skills up for when the game is going slow.
