It's what is more usually called a toastie maker or even a breville as they were one of the first companies in Aus. to make them.Never heard anyone actually call them jafle irons though.
Is that some sort of stange initiation test Craig ?

I used to bring my jaffle iron to the campfires we had on the forum. Craig used to bring the baked beans, Ian and everyone else used to supply the beer, and we would have a good old fashioned burning of a thread.

ahhhh, memories....
