Could stay in England, also, but find it hard to be offered a job there.

Strange thing I only noticed now. After spending almost 3 years in St. Albans, I only have English (Basic) as language. <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

That's the same as most english born footballers/managers, isn't it

Just be thankful you weren't managing in Scotland, your knowledge of English would have gone down

I know. I mean he was learning it off english footballers, so he couldn't expect it to be any better than that.

Did me explaining it kill the joke, or should i just accept it was cr*p to start with, and get my coat

Sorry if I didn't get your joke, I just think it was strange his ability to speak Italian had disappeared.

I should probably go to bed instead of ruining jokes I don't understand

If that is what he meant, it was me that didn't get it. I just thought he meant he should be fluent in english after 3 years, not only basic.

And you can't ruin a joke that was rubbish to start with

LOL... Some points needed clearing:

1. I didn't lose my ability to speak Italian (at least not in FM. IRL I never got it );

2. The joke was indeed pretty funny.

3. Adax, you ruined Mark's joke. Poof.

I remember trying to get Elgin City to SPL with just signing Scottish youngsters (under 20 years old)

Got promoted to 1st division but game was corrupt and had to start again (CM03/04)

It is very hard to complete havent tried it on FM yet.

Just started a new game with Brazil 3rd div, spanish 2nd div and English conf n/s.

I am some Brazialian team called Bragantino in the National 3rd Division Group 2. My whole squad are Brazilian and I wonder how long I can keep it that way.

Whats weird is that I started the game January 2004, there are no games scheduled until July 2004!!!!

That's because Bragantino doesn't play in their state's Championship first division.

You'll have a Brtazilian Cup game soon, but it will be all.

There are very very few foreigners playing in Brazil. We are only allowed to have 3 foreigners, and teams can only pitch two in the same game. :thdn:
