Altough it's a kind of a GQ topic I'll answer it anyway because Portugal is so much fun to play in. Brazilians aren't considered as foreign players in Portugal. Neither are players from some other ex-Portuguese colonies (Angola, Mozambique, Guinea-Bissau to name a few)
