Ok it may not be lower leagues, but it is the only suitable place I can see to post this.

I desperately need some hints and tips on how to get a team out of League One, or even a good team in League One. I have now tried twice with Gravesend & Northfleet, I have been relegated twice.

For the Conference and League Two, loaning players from bigger clubs seemed to do the trick. Now it doesn't and I can't seem to get a good team together.

Any hints, or bargain players? Sorry if wrong forum.

Press Football Manager Forums link at bottom of page. Select any of the other forums either side of Lower League Management.
