Hi i'm thinking of starting an LLM game for 08, and cant seem to find the new version of frank. If anyone has a link to it, i'd be greatful.

Anyway i have been a regular visitor to GPG forum, and have only ever posted advice on higher league teams and those players that are 'known' to most people.

I am wanting to have a challenge, and see this as the perfect way to do it.

I had a game before in 06 and didnt stick to the rules, couldn't be bothered reading them. HOWEVER i have just spent the last 30mins reading them and will comply. plus i'm a lot older and more mature now, and have gained the respect needed for this.

Just 1 rule i'm a bit unsure of. This is can i use player search IF i have the player's scouted first before signing? or is this forbidden completely?

Frank for FM08 is still in production by somebody.

If you have a scout, there's no need for player search.

Why would you use the search to find a player who you already have scouted? He's on the scout's list or you put him on your shortlist.

And Frank08 isn't done yet. Use Frank07 instead, if he finds you a club which isn't playable you can kick his ass (gently!!) again to find another club.

I think you misunderstood the question, i meant can i use player search to find some players, then get my scouts to give me a report?

i'm 95% certain i can't, but have to be 100% sure.

95% of you is right my explorer friend the player search option is off limits in all circumstances.

As for Frank use the 07 version, if the team he picks were lucky enough to get promoted last season just ask him again.

i decided to start a game, see who was available in lowest league and started as them. i got worcester in BSN.
