I'm all for realism, but there's something really wrong with FM2008. In my first season as Spurs manager, I played a total of 57 matches, and in total I had 43 goals disallowed. 43? That's one disallowed goal every 1.3 games!

And that's only for my team, the opposition also suffered, although less severely it has to be said.

So if anyone from Sega or SI is reading this... can you explain why this is happening? It's a major frustration in an otherwise fantastic game. I'm playing 3-5-2 counter attacking, if that helps... look forward to hearing from someone... anyone.........

It's supposed to bi fixed with the patch. Someone could write if beta patch has fixed it.

hey, one guy in another topic had 5 goals disallowed in 45 mins, so 1 in 1.3 doesnt seem as bad.

But seriously, the patch will (hopefully fix it)

There are still a few too many disallowed goals but the patch definitely helps.

Try the beta patch. I only get the occasional disallowed goals now.

The patch does tone it down, it's now about once every 3-5 matches, but still annoying especially when it should've been a crucial goal
