I have Cadiz as one of my affiliates for Villa but I cannot seem to send players there. When I try to "send to affiliate" Cadiz in not one of the options (I have a scottish affiliate that shows up, but not Cadiz). It is within both teams transfer windows, mid July.

I remember something about lower level clubs not beig able to accept players but is that true for Liga BBVA? Any suggestions?

when you made the agreement you should have looked what kind of connection it would be, some clubs are only for merchandise, others are only for buying player and scouting, and other are for buying players and scouting and loaning. i'd say you have the 2nd option i mentioned with that club

on your club's squad screen, click on "affiliated clubs" towards the bottom right, and it will bring up a list. you can then highlight cadiz and it will bring up details of the agreement in place between your two clubs. if the "send to" option doesnt include them then its probably a "first option" agreement that is in place...

It says I can send players there and in 4 years they will get Spanish citizenship so I should be able to send guys there.

You can only send non-EU players there who are you looking to get citizenship for!

I had the same problem with Boca. Turns out they only accept players after your transfer round (I think). Just wait a few weeks and try again. Worked for me.
