Hello all. Playing last night for quite a while until about mid night, when I decided it was probably time to stop playing and go to bed ready for work the next day.

So after my first day of playing, I had forgotton to take the disk out. So just before quitting, I took the disk out and then straight away I get the blue screen of death.

Can't remember exactly what it said, but a fatal error had occured, a dump had to be done (not by me!) and try re-starting the computer.

Now I take it you can A. take the disk out once the game has loaded and B. has anyone else had a smilar issue?

Yes!
and it's bl00dy annoying.
It's happened a few times to me since i've installed FM08.
Not sure if this is just a coincidence or not.
If it happens again make a not of the error message at the top of the blue screen.
I got one of either "IRQL_MORE_NOT_LESS" or "BAD_POOL_CALLER"

So did you get it when you took the disk out? Mods - know anything??

No, mine crashed (and has done since) while i was playing , with the disk still in.

Not entirely sure this is due to FM08 or just a coincidence and my computer is messed up for another reason
