Default they just dont raise in value !

im trying to get a hold on FM2007 and its player values.

after i tried my failing trainings, i downloaded some trainings from the site. i then went on a vacation for a year just to see its effects on training and hopefully my players value would raise up due to the good training.

shockingly it didnt went up, there went pple down and this was not all due to age or bad play. only anthony van den borre seems to go up high. but there are more potentials to sell off for higher prices.

Why wont they raisE? the training seems good, we went champion. loads of goals, etc,.. altough after a year i didnt see on yearbasis a higher value in trainingvalues like fitness, corners, attack,... even if the training schedule seems good? so many questions, so many reruns :-) its still cool tough but now i want to actually see its doing what its suppose to be doing , selling my players at higher prices and raise up good youth !

thx in advance !

err.. did you note what their values were in the begining of the season? Did you assign the players to the training scheduals? Did you get good coaches?
What team are you playing as?
Are you sure most of your players aren't over 24?.. gotta say I'm slightly confused by your post...

Only training will not improve the value of the player. The player needs to play well in matches.
As Canabary said, training will not result in a huge improvement of players if they are 24 years or older.

every player was in the designated training schedule. i play as anderlecht. i have checked their values at the start and i can see the training progress for a year. it goes 1 up, goes back to normal and decrease 1 again or stays the same for 90 % of the players.

so after 24 they dont increase in value or training values ?

i have to sell my topplayers to get a better financiel status, but i dont want to sell em for less or practically the same.
so i want to make em better in one year and raise their values to get better money of em.

If they are over 24 this is going to be difficult as they are mainly done by then. And to be honest, most training scheduals you can download all need some tweaking before they become useable. How are you coaches? all 5 star?

i try to give my coached 1,2, or max 3 things to train on, so the training is better overall.

i see in the training schedule the pressure is light and the average is 4 stars practically.

Personally I'd fire the lot (unless they are brilliant) and buy one coach for each part (1 5-star coach for shooting, one for goalkeeping etc) And I would highly advice you to turn the pressure level of player scheduals up to medium. Light is like.. nothing.

i tried to get more coaches but 8 are enough the board says. i have me, 2 assistents and the rest is youthchoach and one goalie couch.

does that mean i have only 2 coaches for my A team? ill try fire the youthcoaces and get some "coach" (not assistents?) to sign?
